We do not collect sensitive financial data directly; payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

We use your information to process and deliver your translation orders, to communicate with you about your order status, to provide secure access to your completed translations, and to respond to support requests. We may also use your email address to send you important notifications about your order or, where you have consented, occasional service updates.
3. How We Protect Your Documents
The documents you upload are stored privately with strict access controls. All uploads are scanned for malware before any member of our team can access them. Access to your documents is limited to the specific translators and quality checkers assigned to your order, plus authorized administrators. We do not share, sell, or publish your documents.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our payment processor and email delivery provider, and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service. These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations and may not use your data for other purposes.

We retain your documents and order records for a limited period after delivery so that you can re-download your translations and so we can respond to any questions about your order. After the retention period, we delete or anonymize your documents and associated personal data unless we are required to retain them for legal or compliance reasons.
